How to play 'Unchained Melody'' song on the piano or guitar
A relatively easy song for the guitar, with just the C#m and G#m the tricky chords to look out for. If you are barring these chords, notice that the index finger of the left hand can remain where it is as you pass between the two chords.
E major is a challanging key for the pianist or keyboard player, with almost every chord containing a black key or two. It's possible to imitate the feel of Unchained Melody chords by playing them in a broken way, rather than playing the notes at the same time. For example, consider playing E major as notes ascending in this order - E - G# - B - E , and then descending B - G# - E.
